Soleil Blanc

Soleil Blanc is made from Petite Arvine, Johanis, Pinot Gris & Muscat.

Petit Arvine is a distinctive white grape variety from Switzerland, known for its high acidity and intriguing flavour profile that typically features notes of citrus fruit. Muscat is a diverse and aromatic grape variety, celebrated for its sweet and floral notes. We then added Johanis to balance the sweetness with acidity and add flavours of green apple and apricot. Finally we added Pinot Gris with hints of melon, and spices, adding a smooth, almost honeyed finish.

Amour Rouge

Amour Rouge is made up of five different grape varieties making it a unique wine, like no other wine from Switzerland. The grapes used in our wine is Divico, Merlot, Syrah, Pinot Noir & Diolinoir.

The Divico grape, scientifically developed in Switzerland to combat the ever increasing warmer climate, boasts enhanced disease resistance, and robust characteristics, offering us a resilient option for producing rich, deeply coloured wine. We blended Syrah with Merlot, to balance the robust, spicy characteristics of Syrah with the softer, fruitier profile of Merlot, resulting in a complex, full-bodied wine with layers of dark fruit, spice, and a smooth finish. However, we didn’t stop there…

For the final touches we added the soft, smooth touch of Pinot Noir with Diolinoir, known for its deep colour and strong tannins, adding body and a robust framework to the wine, enhancing its overall depth and aging potential.

Ceil Rosé

Ceil Rosé is made from Pinot Noir and Gamay grape varieties. Pinot Noir lends its signature elegance with soft notes of strawberries, cherries, and a gentle floral earthiness, adding depth and a refined complexity to the wine. Gamay, on the other hand, infuses the blend with its vibrant fruitiness, showcasing flavours of raspberry and red currant. This grape also introduces a lively acidity, ensuring the rosé remains fresh and engaging. Together, these grapes create a rosé that is light pink in colour and is both sophisticated and delightfully drinkable, perfect for any occasion.

Gamay is a perfect grape to grow in Switzerland due to the fact Gamay grapes ripen early, which is a significant advantage in our cooler climate. This characteristic ensures that it can reach full maturity even in years when the growing season is shorter.
